TESTING OUT OF INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN CLASSES. The Industrial Maintenance Program offers individuals with prior experience or training to test out of classes. Test out sessions will be scheduled for the following classes: Welding, Industrial Safety, Electrical I, and Machine Shop. Test out sessions will be set-up to begin the week of January 26. Call for information on cost and scheduling of testing sessions.
Class sizes are limited. You may mail the registration form, bring it to Giles County Technology Center between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm weekdays or call if sponsored by your employer. Classes will not meet when Giles County Schools are closed for inclement weather. If the first class meeting is canceled due to inclement weather, the class will meet on the next regularly scheduled evening.
