This two year program provides students with an understanding of various types and forms of precison machining, along with the materials and processes used in the industry. Students will be trained in the use of lathes, milling machines, surfaces grinders and layout tools for the shaping of metals into machine parts. Hands on projects are assigned for the students to demostrate their knowledge of the use of tools, equipment and precision measuring.
